1. FTP-In: 204 Files are downloaded and saved to a specific folder according to SCAC as defined in the "OfficeMap"
2. 990's moved by Poller to a specific folder according to SCAC as defined in the "OfficeMap"
3. 214's Generated by Poller in PCS Format and Saved to a specific folder according to SCAC as defined in the "OfficeMap"
4. EDI providers are ran 204's Translated into PCS Format from x12 ,990's are in translated into x12 from PCS Format ,214's are translated into x12 from PCS Format
5. 204's are translated from PCS Format and brought into PCS.
6. FTP-Out: 990 and 214 Files are located and sent out.
